From entering the store to leaving the staff member dealing with us was excellent. She was able to advise us on everything that the results from using the machine to decide on the type of mattress required to pricing range. Stacey (Merthyr Store) advised us on the types of mattress that would be most suitable given the results and once we had decided on what to chose Stacey then explained to us the optional extra's available. At all times she was professional yet friendly, knowledgeable about products available and I would not hesitate to use the store again and most definitely would seek out Stacey.

Approached once, we said we didn't need help at that time. She then waited until she could see we were torn between 2 to come and see if we needed help. She wasn't pushy, didn't try to push us towards something super expensive. Myself and my partner look quite young, and as such, quite often get treated like kids who are a waste of time to talk to, but she was very helpful and treated us like adults (as we are haha). She tried her best to help us decide between the two we liked, was very bubbly and over all very pleasant to be served by. The assistants name was Stacey and she was in the Pentrebach branch.

We were highly satisfied with Lee at the Merthyrt Tydfil Store, who gave us undivided attention and could not have been more helpful for about two hours. (My husband was struggling with sciatica), time for a new mattress!!!!, but difficult to try out. Lee's patience, sales experience and vast knowledge of mattresses was second to none, and we were very impressed. We hope that with his help and knowledge, we have found the right mattress to suit our needs and look forward to it being comfortable in the years ahead. With grateful thanks.

Lee at dreams Pentrebach was awesome. Very friendly, took the time to understand what we needed and helped us choose the best product for our needs. He was very knowledgeable about all the products and about a persons sleep experience that we learned a lot during our visit. Can’t wait for our new mattress to arrive soon.

Lee who assisted us when we arrived in store was very polite and helpful. He was knowledgeable about the beds in store abs gave us great advice. Lee was patient in waiting for us to make the decision on the bed we wanted abs showed us multiple options

The staff were very efficient and knowledgeable about the items in question and dealt with my requests without hesitation.

As soon as we walked in we were assisted by Claire. She showed an interest in our needs and tried to understand our preferences. She put us on the sleep match bed and then followed up by suggesting mattresses which she thought would be appropriate. Claire was very patient whilst my husband and I tried and retried different mattresses. Other staff members were friendly also and there was a good atmosphere in the store. Claire was able to suggest comfortable products to help us protect our new mattress and understood exactly what we needed. We were in the store for quite some time by the time we completed the 0% interest finance and everything which is really helpful to me as a nurse. By the time we left we were completely satisfied with our new purchases and felt as if we were talking to old friends in the way they made us feel comfortable.
