Lee at your Merthyr store was very helpful and friendly, as were the rest of the staff. We visited the store with an idea of what we wanted but having spoke to Lee we found our ideal mattress and can't wait for it to be delivered.

Amy was incredibly helpful and we purchased the first mattress she directed us to after she saw the type we were generally drawn to. She was very polite and helpful in explaining the Covid-19 guidance and was very prompt in offering us pillows and protective sheets and where cleaning was required was excellent in ensuring you didn’t feel offended. Would recommend to anyone

Mike who assisted us was absolutely fantastic and pointed out an item that we thought was out of our price range that was going on clearance. He explained everything clearly including the warranty on offer. Brilliant service he also helped us to choose the best mattress to benefit both my partner and I and offered us a choice of mattresses which would fall in around our budget. Amazing service

The person who helped us, Mark, was absolutely fantastic! He welcomed us as soon as we walked through the door and took his time explaining all of the products and prices. He was very down to earth and didn’t follow us or hassle us to buy the most expensive item. He took the time to explain what type of mattress we needed and the difference between the three we were shown. All COVID protocols were fantastic and the store was kept to a really high standard!
