I attended the Pentrebach store and from the moment I walked in, Stacey was extremely helpful and thorough with her knowledge of the bed frames and mattresses. When I told her of my health problem, she assisted me in every way she could and I felt at ease with her and not pressured into buying anything. I decided to buy a bed frame and mattress and she helped me to understand the payments etc. Keep up the good work Stacey. It was a pleasure for my parents and myself throughout the whole visit. Purchased a mattress, so we were offered the mattress test. The store manager was very helpful, very pleasant and didn't try and persuade us to buy the more expensive product. Was given a varied choice and plenty of time to make our decision.

As soon as we entered the store I noticed sanitisers available for customers and that made me feel save. Also a member of staff (maybe Stacey…?) approached us straight away and helped us find a mattress. She was very friendly, so was the store manager Claire. We were told about an offer which suited us too and I felt like we were given all the information to make the best out of our purchase.
