We were treated really well by all members of staff . It was a lovely environment to have been in and the staff were very easy to be around with no pushiness at all. We had been to this store back in January but what with the Covid etc had delayed the thought process of buying but when we went back yesterday - the lovely lady remembered us

We were met at the door and shown the cleansing station. After that the lady asked our needs and proceeded to show us the availability in the store. She was very polite and knowledgeable. We chose the item we needed and now awaiting the new product.
