Dreams - Merthyr Tydfil

As soon as we entered the store I noticed sanitisers available for customers and that made me feel save. Also a member of staff (maybe Stacey…?) approached us straight away and helped us find a mattress. She was very friendly, so was the store manager Claire. We were told about an offer which suited us too and I felt like we were given all the information to make the best out of our purchase.

The staff were friendly and not pushy, it was a very painless experience made possible by understanding people, thank you soo much Kelly.

As soon as i went in i was asked if i needed help and amy the lady who help me was very helpful. She knew what she was doing and helped me find what i wanted easy, very friendly and polite.

Nothing was too much trouble and every question was answered

The sales person, Kelly, was very helpful, knew about the products we were looking at. Time we were there wasn't an issue to her. She was professional but friendly with it.

Everything was like a dream come true.

Kelly was very polite and helped us decide which product best suited my mother in law, she answered all our questions and was very profesional. The whole experiance was easy with no pressure and the cup of coffee was a welcome touch.
