Mark was very helpful from the minute we walked through the door. Although i had a very good idea what i wanted he helped me make sure i was happy with my final decision in choosing the mattress for my bed base. Very helpful with choosing delivery date that suited myself. Right up until we walked out the door he was very helpful, explaining things that he felt would be relevant to us. All in all a very satisfying experience.
