I was shocked at the machine calculating the mattress which was best matched for me and my partner. Highly recommend doing this every time and the staff team were so friendly, helpful and following the Covid 19 guidelines. Very happy with all three mattresses I purchased today, mattress toppers and especially having 8 years cover. THANK YOU DREAMS!!

Excellent customer service. Excellent product knowledge. Such friendly and helpful staff in store. Overall it was such an easy, stress free experience and delivery of my mattress was so quick. It’s the best night sleep we have had in months. I would definitely recommend Dreams to friends and family. Thank you so much.

Mark @ Merthyr Tydfil branch was so warming on arrival and extremely helpful. We loved how he gave us all the information we needed but allowed us the time to browse with no feeling of pressure to order. When I explained the bedroom furniture I had would not match with the bed I liked he found an alternative bed that was available in walnut. So so helpful and friendly thank you Mark
