Lee from the Merthyr store took a lot of time talking to us about what we needed from a mattress and made great recommendations, talking us through each product and taking on board our feed back from each one til we found the right mattress to suit our needs

The staff were absolutely brilliant. New their products. We were treated with the greatest of respect. Couldn't have wished for a better sales experience.

Great assistance and communication from staff. They were able to help us find the mattress that suited our needs best as well as being extremely friendly!

Our assistant Kelly could not have been more friendly and helpful. She explained the process of shopping for a new mattress, prompted and guided me to try out the mattress testing machine (can't recall the name!) and then was very helpful showing me mattresses in my price range and attempting to get me the best delivery date, offering coffee and checking I was comfortable.

Excellent customer service by Amy. Very patient and knowledgeable about mattresses. Offered us a drink. Explained finance options clearly. Offered a free service also. Great customer service.

Extremely good service from start of visit to purchase. Staff member, Kelly, was really attentive and helped us out on choosing the items. Also offered us with coffee or water which was taken up. She took us through the mattress testing which was excellent as my wife suffers with a bad back. Altogether, a very satisfying process. Would highly recommend.

There is nothing else the store is perfect well staffed.

Staff were quick to ask our requirements when we entered the store. The gentleman offered us advice then left us for a bit to consider further before coming back so didn’t feel like he was being pushy to complete a sale. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
