Only went in for a look, started to talk to Mark the sales assistant who help us choose the right bed and mattress for us, he was extremely friendly and polite and soo helpful, he took time to answer our questions and made us feel very comfortable and relaxed, what a very nice man he is, this was at the Merthyr Tydfil store, wish all sales assistant were like him, can’t rate our experience high enough, will definitely return and recommend 😀

I was helped by mark who explained everything about the beds, helped me when I asked, was very polite, I did'nt feel rushed into deciding, the order was placed quickly. Normally I would go away and think about it but I did'nt feel that I needed to do that after everything was explained
