There was a really good range of products which varied in price, we were made aware of the test bed which gave us the type of product to suit our requirements and the gentleman who attended to us, Mark was very professional and friendly and looked after us very well. We were VERY impressed with the service we received

We were browsing in this Merthyr Tydfil store and didn’t think we needed much assistance, but Mark was more than happy to help and made it super easy and simple to make a decision. He’s one of the friendliest customer service employees I’ve ever come across and it was a pleasure to purchase a bed in his store
