We called into the store to purchase a single bed for my elderly mother.We were greeted by an assisstant who directed us to the hand sanitiser and explained the store procedure to us.We were provided with rubber gloves so we were able to touch the matresses in order to see if they would be suitable. Unfortunately we were unable to have our order delivered as soon as we would have liked,we explained to the assistant that we would need to look elsewhere as we were in a rush to have the item delivered,he was kind enough to print us a copy of all the items we had shown an interest in. We later had to return to the store as it was the same delivery problem everywhere else too because of covid.The assistant couldn't have been more helpful.
