Highly satisfied with the whole expierience

The member of staff, Amy, at the Merthyr Tydfil store, was really helpful. She understood our needs and explained thoroughly the different types of mattress and showed us a comprehensive choice. She also gave us time alone to discuss what we wanted to do. There was no pressure and she made the shopping experience enjoyable (even at this difficult time).

We greeted at the door and the store set up was explaned to us. We given all the assistance we asked for and the staff member was lovely not at all pushy. It was a good experience.

Lee and Mark at the Pentrebach, Merthyr Tydfil we’re very helpful during our visit. Their expertise and knowledge allowed us to find a mattress and bed that was a perfect fit for myself and my partner. Amy looked after us her high standard of cleanliness when we tried out the beds Was excellent her knowledge was exceptional we felt we were well informed and not rushed or pushed into a purchase She is an asset to your business
