The man that served Is was very lovely, polite an so helpful.. he asked me to lay on the special bed that tells you what typeof mattress I should have.. He got me to try out so many mattresses an for me to see the difference on all of them.. the mattress is very comfy.. hopefully when I revive my mattress an bed next week it will help with my back pain.. thank you again to lee in the pentrebach store in merthyr Tydfil..
