As soon as we entered Dreams we was welcomed by a man called Vince. He made us feel completely comfortable and safe, in addition to spending a significant amount of time helping us. He explained all the different options available for both beds and mattress’, and also explained things we hadn’t considered or wouldn’t have otherwise thought of. He was welcoming, friendly, knowledgable and professional and made our experience great. He is an asset to your company and the store itself as we had recently visited another local store and didn’t feel very welcome at all. Thanks to Vince, we came out happy with our perfect purchase.
