Dreams - Enfield

We were greeted by 'D' (Can't remember his full name) who was very welcoming and polite. He asked us how he could help and we were quickly shown to the suitable products. D also suggested that we use the mattress identifying machine so as to make sure that we were looking for the correct mattress. At no time was D pushy, he kindly gave us advice and allowed us time to make our decision. Sadly the product that we chose was not able to be delivered until December therefore we left the store with the intention of discussing when we got home. We looked online and saw an alternative bed so we called D who kindly checked that the bed was available to be delivered in September which was a better alternative for us. We purposely called the store to order as D had given us so much of his time we felt that he really deserved the sale. Thank you for being so kind D.

Very friendly & approachable staff member. He was dealing with another customer on our arrival and was the only staff member but he still acknowledged us and said he would be with us as soon as possible. Very helpful throughout but without a pushy sales approach which I liked.

having never bought a bed myself before i found the experience very easy as i had no idea what type of bed i was looking for. my salesperson Denville was very professional and gave a great deal of help.
