Arrived to purchase the mattress with our teenage child. Asked who the mattress was for and did the machine mattress test. When this was finished and the machine recommended some mattresses, was asked what was our budget and went along with us, showing the mattresses the machine suggested. Our child was asked to lie on the mattresses on paper towel until we found a mattress which she found comfortable.
