The colleague, Vincent, who served us was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and enabled us to get there best mattress support for our family members. We were given much information before trying the mattresses so making our decisions quicker once we started looking.

When I went into Dreams, someone came up to me straight away to help me and we did the sleep match, I was then offered to try beds that I sleep matched with along side a pillow to try it with, I was also offered a drink, I had found my bed and said I’d come back in 2 days to pay for the bed, I came back and the shop assistant remembered everything and we got to buying the mattress I wanted straight away which was such an easy and quick process, I was also offered pillows, duvets and mattress covers in which I bought a duvet as I couldn’t resist the deal, such a great shopping experience
