Great service, smooth transaction, was able to offer a discount as it was a very expensive mattress, which we appreciated and requested.

I was given prompt and helpful service. I have mobility issues so the selection of the correct type of mattress is important to me.

Very happy with the service received from Debbie, she was very knowledgeable and helped us find the right product for us. We are very much enjoying our new mattress and the delivery was quick. We would definitely buy again from Dreams

The welcome we received (and a lovely cup of tea while we were trying out beds) was really lovely and friendly. The sales person (Vincent I think his name was) was extremely knowledgeable and not at all pushy towards certain products. We would definitely recommend Dreams and the Enfield branch especially.

Our assistant Vincent was extremely helpful - explained the whole bed / mattress purchase from start to finish - no hard sell - we came in on the 12/01/2020 to try out the sleep match and came back the next day to purchase. We were offered a hot drink which was also a nice touch.
