On both occasions I went in the store a man and a woman cane straight to help me. I don’t know the man’s name but the lady was called Debbie. I felt as though I was given lots of choice and opportunity to make the right decision on a bed.

All staff where busy particularly with it being the penultimate day of the sale. I have owned my own exceptionally busy retail outlet myself and was most impressed by their ability to multitask customer enquiries without making them feel unwanted. Amongst the rush Debbie actually offered my wife, son and I a cup of tea on a couple of occasions. Naturally we declined but her genuine good nature encouraged us to spend 1700£ on a bed, mattress and headboard whilst not really reduced in the sale so much. My one regret is that I should have asked for a discount as I am already considering buying another two is beds of the same price range. Offers welcome!!

We were greeted by Debbie (sales lady in the Enfield Store) with a warm smile and friendly approach. She assisted us with our search for a mattress, and after being analysed by the amazing machine they have in store we found the perfect one! And thanks to the Flash Sale we purchased it at 50% off! Very Happy Customers!

The service we received was excellent.Debbie made us feel welcomed, relaxed and listened to our needs. We initially started wandering around the store a little bit aimlessly but Debbie soon approached us and took control of the situation and guided us through the whole process with a high level of professionalism which put us at ease immediately , it was all a very pleasant and in fact a very joyful experience. The machine to determine the type of mattress that best suits you was very help in narrowing down the amount of mattresses to try and one recommended is the one o purchased. The member of staff, Debbie was very helpful and had a lot of knowledge about the products. She took her time with us and offered alternatives based on our need. This is the second bed I have brought with dream and I am likely to be back.

Knowledge of the assistant was brilliant, freedom to take time to choose, advice on how to choose and narrow down choices, ordering and finance application.

We visited Enfield dreams, the assistant who dealt with us was friendly, attentive , knowledgeable and funny. Give the man a raise, a perfect salesman. Lots of choice, both myself and my daughter were very happy when we left, what a lovely man
