We were greeted when we arrived in store and we advised that we were browsing for the time being, we were offered tea or coffee and then left alone to view. The assistant was in way pushy and left it for us to call him.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff that are there when you need assistance but don't keep hassling you. Found I was able to take all the time I needed to make the right decision for me.

I was very impressed about how much knowledge our assistant had in all the different kinds of mattress he was very friendly and very helpful . This was our first store to visit and had made a purchase so did not have to go anywhere else

My wife and I visited your portslade store on Saturday morning in search of New pillows and from the minute we entered we were thanked for coming there and offered assistance. We were helped by Martin who was extremely knowledgeable and helped us through our choice of different pillows, we then said we had ordered a mattress online and decided to try some while we were there. Martins knowledge on memory foam mattresses and assistance impressed us and within a few minutes we were wandering the store armed with our choice of pillow and told to spend 5-10 minutes trying each mattress in said range before making any decisions. We found a good mattress at a good price and Martin advised us it wasn't in stock but could deliver within a few days, however impatience on our behalf and Martin checking stock locally, we travelled to Crawley and collected the new mattress. Overall it was actually a nice experience shopping which is not something I'd normally say.

We went in twice to achieve selection and place the order. We were helped by Steve at the portslade branch. He was ideal, helpful, informative and not at all pushy (i know there is a comission system). Nice experience

Martin and his colleague gave me excellent help on the morning of 14/08/17 and I couldn't have asked for clearer or more courteous assistance.

Staff (ray) very helpful. Explained products and checked mattress would fit in car so I could take it away.

This was my second visit to this store, and we'd say our favourite. The gentleman serving us was Steve. Very knowledgeable about the products surrounding us. On our first visit we felt a little intimidated by the lady serving us, and had what felt like an excruciating demonstration on how to use a pillow and she would not leave us alone. Steve had a natural balance of just being on hand when he sensed we had questions and being naturally friendly and putting up with our indecisions! A good skill... Or he's incredibly patient! We will come back try pillows again soon, although the ones Steve showed us were very nice (Cool pillows?) we just wanted to concentrate on the bed purchase. Oh, and the tea and coffee is a nice touch too. Thank you very much for a lovely experience
