Great customer service. Pointed out good deals and helped throughout the entire process.

Plenty of choice given assistance then allowed time to discuss our options in private whilst being provided with a lovely cup of coffee assistant was very patient with us allowing us to browse the vast variety of Beds on show

We were greeted by a lady called Judy who was very helpful and knew exactly what we needed when we said what we were looking for so there was no messing around. Are kids were kept entertained which is really rare as i have a child with special needs and normally get glared at but the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The shop assistant Judy was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us choose the pillows. Also we discussed the care of the product, when to change our pillows and previously purchased mattress. She is an absolute delight, a very nice and polite lady.

I was very happy with the service I recieved.. I visited your portslade branch with a young baby and found your staff to be very patient and understanding, I was helped by a friendly gentleman named Rae who took it everything I said and found me the perfect bed and mattress. I am very pleased and will be recommending you to friends and family!

everything was good staff really helpful and happy even though it was a Sunday

the staff were friendly and helpful. My husband is disable and before we got to the door a member of staff opened both doors for us to go through and were open when leaving which made it easy for my husband which doesn't happen as a rule plus we were offered a drink which was lovely. We ordered a mattress on Friday and it was delivered today Tuesday25th July which was excellent service and the Service Drivers were very good that they removed their boots before they came into our home also put mattress on our bed what excellent service without any hesitation would use Dreams again

Very good knowledge of products and being able to test them too

This was our first visit to Dreams and although Steve the salesman was polite and attentive, offering us refreshments, we decided to check out other stores for comparison and visited 3 others in the local area. We found other stores either didn't have the quality brands of mattresses or the bed designs were not to our liking as we had seen in Dreams. We also didn't like how pushy the other stores salesmen were, talking over us as it seemed they needed to get their sales pitch out the way before listening to our requirements, whereas Steve was very welcoming, and seemed genuinely interested in listening to what we wanted before explaining the different types of mattresses and how they performed, encouraging us to try out every mattress in the store and was always on hand to answer our questions, even though the store started to get busy! Needless to say, we returned by the end of the day and Steve helped us with our purchase. Very impressed with him and the products on offer in store. Would definitely recommend Dreams and their non pushy sales staff!

Relaxed with no pressure to buy atmosphere on a cool Sunday morning. Plenty of choices to buy from. Could not fault in any way. Thankyou Rae (the salesman).
