The Member of Sales Staff was very helpful, at the same time as NOT pushy or Pressurising us. He explained where we could find what we where looking for and left us to look, and made himself available when we wanted help, advice, and to make a purchase, and he did so with a smile.

This is the 4th time I have purchased items from Steve in your Portslade branch. Super knowledgeable, incredible helpful and always makes time to help. Hence my 4th purchase from him.... will be back again as always helpful and honest. All of my transactions have been swift and very satisfied with the quality and quick . Your delivery men where also amazing and recommended a mattress, which I later brought from Steve. Wonderful staff

Received a friendly smile and great advice from Judy when choosing a new mattress. We were in the shop choosing for a while and service from her was so good, got a cuppa and tried many different types of beds. I bought my tv bed from dreams years ago and it's still a great bed so just bought a new mattress. Just was so helpful great service.
