Dreams - Brighton

Steve was extremely helpful, polite and had a good sense of humour. We had previously been to Bensons Beds in Hove and had a completely different experience, the salesmen were like vultures and it was an uncomfortable experience. We then sent to Dreams and it was totally relaxed and enjoyable experience. We got a fantastic deal and are very pleased. We will definitely be using Dreams again.

The assistant. Guy in portslade, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was not pushy which is always appreciated. I am extremely satisfied as long as the goods arrive on time.

Didn't pressurise me at all. Left me to have a look around first then offered me advice. Never pushy, .very helpful. Felt very comfortable .I changed my mind about a headboard and he just started again with the order,no problem he said. I also was asked if I wanted a cup of tea and it was just as I like it. Altogether a very pleasant experience. Thank you

The store assistant was extremely knowledgeable about mattresses and pillows, especially which ones to buy to support my own personal needs.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and Guy ensured he knew whatbed and mattress combination we were looking for. My wife had seen the bed she liked on line and we found it in the store straight away which made the whole process easier all round. The addition of the free pillows was an unexpected but very welcome surprise
