Dreams - Brighton

We went into the Dreams Store at Portslade and were met by STEVE. And we think we were very lucky he came to help us. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient - what more could one want. He gave us the best price possible. I have back problems and he was able to give excellent advice. If any of my friends need help with beds or bedding, I will send them to see Steve.

Kevin was extremely professional and pleasant helping me with my decision,appraising me of any bargains or benefits but not in a pushy way. All in all if l wasn't already married l would propose!!

Got exactly what I wanted at a fair price

Martin - the assistant who helped us was professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the products sold in the store. There was no hard selling giving us the time to explore the various beds and mattresses on offer but on hand when we required information on various items.

Martin was extremely friendly and took great care in double and triple checking my order to make sure it was correct. He explained everything in good detail so I knew exactly what I was agreeing to and signing. He was very welcoming when we first entered the store and wasn't pushy. He left us to look around and let us know he was around if we had any questions.

We called in to the store quite late on a Sunday afternoon, not long before the shop was due to close. Despite this the salesmen were helpful yet didn't hurry us at all, or place any pressure on us to buy. They were on hand to answer any questions and direct us to the right products without being pushy.

The assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The lady assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was on her own as her colleague had gone to lunch and suddenly the store became very busy but she managed admirably and we didn't feel she deprived us of attention etc. Just felt that she was rather vulnerable on her own with so many people in the store. Full marks to her for staying as calm and attentive as she did !

We really appreciated that we were offered advise when we walked in & left on our own to sample the products on offer. After we decided we were given excellent advise and service.

very friendly staff with great knowledge and lots of choice. Prices seem high in hindsight though
