We were greeted as soon as we entered the store and told the name of the assistant who would be helping us. Judy in the Portslade store has very impressive product knowledge and showed us beds that would best suit my husband and I. She looked up the combination of mattress and base we were interested in and while we were finalising the details we were offered a hot drink and biscuits. Every was explained very clearly about the guarantee and after sales service.

The assistant Steve was extremely helpful and efficient. He explained everything clearly and gave me lots of good advice in selecting the right mattress. He even offered me a cup of tea!! Extremely impressed.

I haven't had my mattress yet, but the care taken to find one that would be suitable and the pleasant quality with which it was done give me high hopes that I will either have the mattress I need or be able to put that right easily.

From the moment we entered the store we felt welcomed but not pressured. We received fast and useful help in finding the type of mattress we were looking for in our price range. When we were ready to buy, it was done smoothly and easily.

Judy who helped us was very knowledgeable about various aspects of purhasing a mattress for us as a couple. She narrowed down the choice so we did not needless wast time. She was helpfula nd friendly.

Even though it was a Saturday afternoon there were plenty of staff available, who were available for advice but then left us alone to chat and discuss our needs in private. No pressure!
