Kevin the assistant, was very attentive but no to the point of being annoying like some shops. He knew his stuff but left us to look around to try the matttresses. He came back to ask how we were doing and gave information on the mattresses we'd narrowed down, thus helping us make our final decision. Great service.

Rae was very helpful without being too "pushy". He gave us time to consider the various options and advice when we needed it.

Shortly after entering the store, we were greeted by a friendly member of staff. He took his time to get to know our needs and budget and recommended where to look. He left us to browse on our own for a short period, before coming back to offer his professional opinion on the options. After a quick cup of tea, our order was complete, all within our budget including a convenient delivery time. It's very rare nowadays to be served by someone who genuinely wants to help and not just after the sale. So thank you Kevin at your Portslade store! :)
