I work in retail so I know how important good customer service is, I was approached by a member of staff on arriving into the store, she was very friendly and asked lots of questions, I had come to look at the bed frame as I had seen it in your Worthing store before, she was very helpful and we took a drawer into the daylight to get a true colour, I never felt I was being forced into a purchase and to be honest I was encouraged to buy,

We were greeted by Judy as soon as we entered the store and she was so friendly and helpful. She guided us on what bed would suit us best after asking a few questions and we were well pleased with the product we decided on in the end.

Had visited Bensons for beds and the sales staff were rude,pushy & prices not as competitive. Visited Dreams & Martin was very friendly , allowed us time to look & offered advice/help without the pushy attitude we'd received in Bensons. A much more positive experience & prices competitve . Will definitely recommend & visit again.

The assistant gave us his expertise and then allowed us to try out the beds alone. He was always available when we had further questions.

The attention given by Martyn to understand our needs and then explain in detail the various beds. The use of colour coded pillows and feet protectors made it very easy to pinpoint which beds to go and try. After the initial explanation we were able to try in our own time and at no point did we feel any pressure to purchase. The fact this is a dedicated bed shop and Martyn's obvious product knowledge left us feeling better than other different stores we had visited earlier that day.
