Kevin at Portslade was very helpful, offered me a coffee when I arrived, tolerated my children playing hide and seek in the store and offered me a good deal on pillows to go with my purchase.

I was highly satisfied because we were able to make a choice reasonably quickly with the right amount of help from the salesperson. The range was good and not too overwhelming so it was easy to decide.

Large selection choice and friendly non-pushy staff. We were given the option of 4 different mattresses after the sales rep had taken time to understand our needs and I didn't feel under any pressure whatsoever to pick an item purely because it was a higher price.

Prompt and friendly service. I was looking for a new mattress. ..I was in the store a maximum of 15 mins. ..no fuss service. I bought a mattress within my budget after being encouraged to try a few. No pressure to spend more than I wanted although your sales person cleverly introduced me to a new pillow too which I hadn't planned to buy Delivery is on the exact day I wanted and so happy that my old mattress can be taken away. Easy no stress procean. Can't fault it
