The staff where lovely, very polite and happy. I went in the shop not knowing what I was looking for a left with a great idea. I returned the next day and purchased a mattress. I do hope that every staff member gets praised, as the lovely young lady who assisted me the first day I came in wasn’t working the day after when I made my purchase.

We were greeted just after we entered the store!a very nice young man called Steve He was most helpful explaining which colour meant different thing ! Then gave me a pillow to try the mattresses out then left us to wander about and to try any bed I wanted! Said he would be there if we needed any help! I’m elderly and partially disabled so thought his manner and pleasant behaviour was really exceptional! Thank you 😊 for a really lovely experience!

We were able to try out various mattresses to see which one suited us best. Chaz was very helpful and informative about all the products.

We were greeted straight away by an extremely pleasant member of staff who offered assistance with our requirements. Items were identified according to our needs and we were shown where the items were and told to try the items out for ourselves. Pillows were provided for our use and taken away for sanitising after our use, hand sanitiser was available on entry to the store and social distancing was carried out at all times. We were offered bottled water to drink while our order was taken. everything was explained very carefully and we had a choice of different options. Delivery was arranged for the same week that our order was placed. The paperwork was emailed to us very quickly. This was a very easy process made more pleasant by the help that we received from Chazz. We have shopped at Dreams before on many occasions and would certainly do so again.
