We were very satisfied that the assistant who served us was listening to us. She then guided us, step, by step, through the options which were available. She was clearly thinking through what we were asking for, and matching our needs to the choices which were available. She was very careful to help us avoid looking at beds which were not going to suit our needs. It was very helpful.

The colleague, Martin, that served us was so knowledgable that our shopping experience was made really easy. He wasn't pushy in any such way, which we found in a lot of other bed shops they are. He was able to answer all my silly questions, making me feel at ease.

We placed two orders one for myself & one for my mother (order no 158a013205- £892.20) and we have shopped with you before. Our salesman Kevin could not have been more helpful, especially as my mother is 91 and in a wheelchair

Helpful friendly service - we were greeted and then allowed to explore ourselves (much appreciated), and then help was at hand when we needed it. We thought we knew which mattress we were interested in - there were a large selection from which to choose.
