I arrived at the store yesterday morning to look at Ottaman beds. I had only seen them in the adverts before. Steve, the Salesman was excellent. He gave us the information I required. My husband & I were very impressed. My husband was so pleased he suggested we ask about two other beds we were panning to purchase. Again, Steve was very helpful and gave us the available options.

Kevin (the assistant) was very helpful and made our bed-buying experience all the better. We have been considering the purchase of a good bed frame and mattress for a while as we're getting married in May of this year. We've bought from Dreams before and they can always be relied upon for good product knowledge and outstanding service. They made us an excellent cup of tea and let us bring our little dog into the store. Such a personal and caring service must always be praised and credit given where it's due. Second to none!

Went in to the fisher gate dreams was instantly greeted and asked if I needed assistance which I did. Judy went through all my needs, wants and of course budget, which she then lead me straight to the perfect mattress I also tried a few others but of course went for the one she recommened. Judy was very time efficient, she also got me the best deals including a free mattress topper if I covered my mattress, free delivery and also showed my some bedding which had been reduced to clear which I loved! Also got a very speedy delivery which is always great!
