Soon as I step into the store I was welcomed by staff member, I told him what I am looking for and showed me the beds, he was friendly and helpful,the bed will be delivered in the same week, very pleased with the price

The assistant let us happily look around the store and was very helpful when I required his help . I'd seen the bed I wanted online but it wasn't in store . The assistant found it and helped me sort out mattresses and protectors and pillows and I also got the delivery date that I wanted .

Steve at the Portslade store was extremely helpful. He gave us comprehensive information on the various types of mattresses and left us to try them at our leisure, he even provided pillows to help the testing! He was always on hand if we had any questions. We were intending to visit several bed stores before making a decision but the service we received at Dreams convinced us that this was the right place to shop and we did not need to visit anywhere else. The ordering process was quick and delivery options were perfect. Today we took e delivery of the mattress we were constantly updated on when the delivery was coming and the two delivery men were superb. They took great care and it was all completed in about 5 minutes. We are very impressed by every aspect of the Dreams service. Thank you also very much.
