Judy the sales assistant was very helpful and listened to what we wanted. She showed us a range of products of all different price ranges and was very informative about the products. We didn't feel under pressure to buy but feel satisfied we have ordered exactly what we want and need.

My partner was unhappy with me for not stopping for a drink before coming into the store. We were offered tea or coffee as soon as we entered and it immediately made us both smile. The staff were friendly and polite without feeling intrusive at all, and let us get on with the job of finding a mattress which felt right. A great experience!
