Martin was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me plenty of time to make my decision and was not at all pushy. He even made me a coffee to sip whilst trying out different mattresses.

We were looking for a sofa bed in clean bright store and were very pleased with the help we received from the assistant and the products on show. The model we chose exactly met our needs and was good value for money.

We were given time to look around before the sales staff approached us although they given us a cheery good afternoon so we knew they were available. When we were ready for help he was extremely helpful, purchase was swift and delivery booked for 4 days later. Perfect

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Knew what they were talking about and listened to what our requirements were. It was all very quick friendly and easy with some good laughs thrown in. Could not have asked for anything better.
