Nothing was to much bother, the sales person even made us a coffee! We were able to ask any question we wanted without feeling silly. He was knowledgeable and very friendly, but didn't crowd us and allowed us to make our own decisions (we had been to four other retailers by the time we got to this store and was feeling a little jaded with all the info we had received previously) He really took his time to understand without pushing products onto us. Very good experience

The chap in the store was very helpful. The lads who delivered the mattress were very helpful.

Kevin the assistant was very attentive but not overbearing. He gave us the information we required and then left us to quietly try the beds.

Your representative was extremely helpful and explained all the available options clearly. We were offered a drink and looked after very well in our visit. We were very impressed with the level of service in your store.

Rae was friendly and helpful and we did not feel that we had to make a decision in a hurry.In fact he made us check two of them twice before we made our final choice

The store was well laid out and the staff were very helpful and took time to understand our needs and what it was we were looking for. I also believe the product that we have chosen is the right one for us, thanks to the help of martin the assistant.

The colleague who approached us when entering the store was friendly and courteous. We told her what we wanted and our price range and she showed us a variety of beds. The bed we were originally looking at online so happened to be a bed that wasn't suitable for us, we're extremely happy the sales assistant talked us into looking around. Due to her fantastic customer service and having a relaxed no pressure approach mean we will have no hesitation in recommending Dreams to friends and family.
