Excellent sales assistance, from Martin and the 'Jason Statham Look a like' . Friendly, helpful, informative, non-pushy sales approach. Perfect purchase scenario. Very happy. I had previously made a on line chat via the website and felt the response was minimal. Basic info supplied but cold non-personal responses. Left me feeling very indifferent to 'Dreams'. Fortunately for you the in store experience completely changed my mind.

I went into the store on Monday to make enquiries regarding matresses for my sons' beds and the gentleman was very helpful, explaining the different types of matress available and suitable for a slatted bed base and also the prices of said matresses. On the Tuesday I took both of my sons to the store to try out the matresses and upon my arrival the gentleman who had served me the previous day, recognising me, said that he realised, just as I left the store, that he had omitted to advise me that the memory foam matresses came in two depths and were different prices. I had decided that I wanted to spend in the region of £200 each so we decided the deeper matress would be more suitable and purchased these.

We had been struggling to find a sofa bed for weeks, looking at various retailers with disinterested staff who didn't know enough about the products. Kevin at Dreams was very friendly, knowledgeable and wasn't pushy and made the whole experience a pleasure. After visiting several of your competitors before coming to Dreams my partner and I were getting fed up of shopping, I just wish we'd tried dreams sooner! The product and price were spot on too, we also took out an extended warranty which was also very good value for money. All in all a very good experience, we had a good laugh with all the staff as we left, it was a really good atmosphere which seems to be rare in retail these days! Kevin was extremely welcoming as I walked in and offered me tea or coffee. Although I didn't accept it was a lovely gesture. Kevin then asked what I was looking for and then pointed me in the right direction. I found the whole process extremely sastifying as Kevin made me feel at ease with what I was looking for. There was no hard selling tactics involved which made me feel like they were looking for outcome that would suit my needs best.
