I like the layout of the mattresses and the ease of understanding the differences with the colour coding

I was given the time to look around and try the beds without feeling pressurised the guy who served me for very friendly & knowledgeable

I have not received my order yet, so cannot comment on the quality of the product, but the staff who served us were friendly and helpful, and we liked the colour coding of the mattresses (easier to understand than elsewhere).

The staff although busy were eager to help and we also got a cup of tea.

Very good customer service and product knowledge. Discussed and purchased pillows which were additional to what had been requested based on our discussion.

Everything went smoothly, all questions answered and form filling in was easy.

We spent quite a while in the store trying to decide between the different types of mattresses to suit our needs. We were encouraged by Kevin to compare and to try them out. Everyone in the store was so helpful and made us feel comfortable. We only went in to look to see what was available and did plan on shopping around however the advice was so good we made a purchase there and then. It was a lovely gesture to be offered and made a cup of coffee while we were looking. We are really pleased with our decision and highly satisfied with the service we received. Thank you so much.

We didn't feel under pressure to make a purchase at any time. We were just given the facts and allowed to make our own decision which is a very refreshing experience.
