As soon as we walked through the door there was someone there who asked us if we needed any help to find our choice,he was very knowledgeable and answered our questions positively

Martin was friendly and helped when we asked . He explained the mattress colour system and recommended we try them. He made us drinks and placing our order was really easy.

The colleague we spoke to was very friendly and helpful. He helped us to make a quick and easy decision about which mattress to buy.

The salesperson Judy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were fortunate to be in the shop on a day when extra discounts were available, so the price we paid was very competitive compared to equivalents elsewhere. The bed in question was attractive and seemed well made.

The quantity to choose from makes sizes and the different finishes to the beds.

All staff were very polite and answered all questions when asked.

We were greeted by Martin and we advised we were after a bed named 'Rayner', this was online only or very new in stock but he advised to have a look around so we did and he checked on us once and demonstrated an ottoman for us, we ended up buying that ottoman. We don't like being followed around and being bombarded by sales jargon and we weren't, literally 20in and out and delivery in just over a week, couldn't be happier.
