martin your sales person was very helpful without being pushy in any way and had a very good product knowledge

Able to wander about the store with no sales pressure, and when I needed some information Steve I think his name is was very helpful and knowledgable. Very good variety of products, and I will return for more bedroom items in the near future.

everything I wanted to buy was available in store or at the depot for delivery. and I had a choice of delivery dates

Friendly knowledgeable assistance once we were open to discuss what we were after. Beforehand they offered assistance but did not pursue this once we advised that we wanted to look around on our own.

Right from the beginning I was told that I would not be pressurised and invited to look around the store at my own pace and ask for further assistance if / when I needed it. This made me feel relaxed and willing to explore in detail. I was also offered a coffee whilst I was browsing which was a pleasant and welcome surprise. When I did ask for assistance, it was very factual and I wasn't put under any pressure. I felt I was treated like a friend would treat me.

The lady assistant was very patient and did her job well.

I was greeted on entering the store. I explained what type of mattress I was looking for and was advised which colours to look at. I then requested that I was left to browse. When I had made a decision, I was served immediately. I found Steve to be exremely helpful and knowledgeable about your products.

Steve was great attentive when needed and also willing to leave us alone to look around and browse at leisure.

Martin was very helpful and did take on board what I was looking for. There are so many mattresses to choose from and it was really good to have somebody help us wade through the selection and explain the differences.
