My husband and I both have neck and back problems. We needed knowledge based advice before we made any purchases. The gentleman dealing with us was very knowledgeable and really made an effort to help us make our purchases. He was not pushy. Gave us ample time to make up our minds.

Just a good all round experience easy to order and good choice

Although "only looking" when we entered the shop, the assistant approached us, without being pushy and suggested we try various beds. He carefully explained colour coding, found us good pillows and put us completely at our ease. He left us to make our own way round the store, occasionally offering help/ advice. There was no pressure from him but we felt relaxed enough to decide to buy. Your assistant had explained about the 40 day guarantee which certainly helped to persuade us to buy. A pleasant shopping experience.

I was very pleased with the service, and the member of staff was very helpful once we explained what we were looking for the staff member showed us products that were suitable for our needs, and gave good advice about the different specifications. Rae was very welcoming and helped us with our requirements , we was given pillows so we could try the beds and mattresses out in our own time and leisure , not being hounded as other shops tend to do .very happy .

It was very easy to find the right product, the service was quick and hassle free. Guy (Shoreham store) was very helpful, friendly and efficient and I had a choice of delivery options. Very pleased.

Martin the guys who assisted us was excellent, knew the products really well but gave us time to make up our mind and the final decision.
