We worked with Martin and he was exceptionally helpful, guiding us in our decision and giving us enough space to discuss and decide. The color code of the pillows on the beds made it easy to focus on the type of bed we were interested in. Martin also made some suggestions around pillows. His level of knowledge and comfort with the product was exceptional. When we returned and Martin was busy, Rae offered us a cup of tea while we continued to check out beds and wait for Martin; an unexpected and pleasant surprise.

The two Sales people Rae and Martin were both very professional, informative and what we liked the best not pushy. They gave us all the information we required and also let us make our decisions rather than pressure selling. They explained everything to us about the product and also when completing the transaction explained all the products and how the bill was made up.
