Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They were very busy the day we went in but yet we didn't feel we were waiting for a long time or rushed through our decision - this is a very rare trait and Steve does it well

Attentive staff who left us alone once they had explained what was required. No pushy sales pitches!

The store was well laid out with all the different types of bed colour coded so we were able to focus only on the types in which we were interested. The sales men were friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. We were able to wander around trying the beds without being followed everywhere, Nevertheless there was always someone on hand to answer our questions and give useful advice.

Normally I avoid sales people but rae was pleasent not pushy and very knowledgeable. Helped us make a desicion that we wanted. Topped off with a lovely cup of coffee it was a very enjoyable experience. Hubby and I will definitely recommend the Shoreham store. Thank you .

We were dealt with by the store colleague in an extremely friendly, courteous and professional way. The colleague displayed excellent product knowledge and was able to answer all our questions as well as volunteering information about the products which was extremely useful in helping us decide on how to proceed. Above all he demonstrated exactly the right balance of helpfulness while allowing us time to consider and then decide on purchase. Super efficient with the payment process too. Thank you!

Ease of purchase, knowledge staff, friendly but not pushy.

Martin, our sales rep, was understanding, welcoming, friendly and knowledgable. Upon arrival he patiently took us through all the available options, got us a cup of coffee and was available for any questions. Non pushy. Brilliant. When it came to decision making he was helpful, went out of his way to suggest alternatives, cheaper options and offered honest and brilliant advice.

The person who served me and my daughter (Martin, I think) was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
