Really helpful and wuick

The members of staff were very helpful, attentive but allowing us time to wander around and try the various beds. They were very informative and had good knowledge of their products.

The staff member who looked after us was particularly help. His name was Rae. We were also impressed with the way the beds were colour coded with pillows and spreads so that you could easily find the type of mattress you were looking for.

All staff from salesman to delivery guys were very helpful throughout the ordering experience.

My Wife visited the store in the morning to gather all the information about the bed we wanted. She told me Steve was very patient and informative. In the afternoon me and my son returned with my wife to consider buying the bed and straight away I felt relaxed because he allowed our son to watch tv and sit on a bed so we could concentrate fully on our purchase. My wife likes to ask a lot of questions and he answered every question promptly and easy to understand. We bought the bed on finance and near the end Lucas our son was a little impatient as he is only 5 years old. Steve quickly got some soft little balls so Lucas could play while we finished. It was as if nothing was too much and he showed a level of service we have rarely received. We left the store happy with our new bed and confident that in another 8 years we will be back again to ask for Steve. He is an asset to your company.

As my daughter and I walked in we were welcomed and we were given time to browse . then Martin introduced himself and explained how the colour system worked and what the difference in the mattresses were. I then spent time trying out beds in the colour range and within my budget that I wanted to. I was not rushed and felt at ease to decide. Once I had decided Martin then took my order and we confimed delivery date and arranged for the collection of the old bed and mattress to be removed on delivery and was given a green bag for the old mattress to go in. Thank you for a very pleasant expeirence

The sales adviser We had contact with at the store Steve , was their to welcome us and help us with our choice of adjustable bed twin. His manor was very thoughtful about our needs and the knowledge of the product range was great in details. His advice on helping us was friendly professional with out pressure to buy, gave us all the attention help we needed from types and options and price, even left us to choose and chat on our own with a cup of coffee, and ask him for help when we were ready to at the end we choose our product placed our order and found the whole thing pleasant the person Steve made the whole purchase fours without rushing us. personal thanks to Steve and dreams for having the right product for us as a customer.
