I was immediately greeted by Martin, I had the details of mattress I wanted and was shown the exact product immediately with a great explanation of its quality etc. I found him to be very knowledgable, patient and friendly. I was shown a number of options for bed bases yet at no time felt any pressure or hard sell tactics

Very easy to understand system of classifying beds/mattresses into different types, very easy to "build" a divan/mattress set for our guest room. Helpful staff, knowledgable, quick delivery time, overall very straightforward.

The customer service was absolutely brilliant. We were served by Mr Martin in Portslade branch and he had excellent experience on the product and also demonstrate us everything in details. We were also treated greatly and finally we have purchased Tempur Original Mattress from Dreams shop and we are really happy for that. Good products, best customer service and perfect items for our need.

The assistant working with us, Kevin, was very patient as we had our 2 year old son with us! He was more than happy to answer our questions and point us in the direction of suitable products for us. My husband was keen to purchase a Tempur matress that was ex-display, I was less keen, but Kevin convinced me by adding a Tempur matress cover into the sale!
