The advisor Rae took on board exactly the product we asked for and was helpful without being "too pushy". My husband is disabled and we didn't feel rushed at any point and were made to feel valued customers.

Steve at store 158 (Portslade) was extremely helpful and friendly, but not intrusive during my visit to the store. He left us alone to try as many beds as we liked after a brief explanation of how everything worked including the colour comfort rating system and offers etc. He was efficient when placing the order and explained clearly how everything would work regarding delivery. I would definitely purchase from this store again in future.

Shop had parking. Shop was well lit and presented products attractively. The shop assistants greeted us warmly, let us know they were there if we needed advice but were not pushy. When we asked for advice the assistant (Guy) listened to our requirements and guided us to the appropriate bed for our needs. Paperwork was quickly processes. The whole shopping experience was pleasant and efficient.

We went to the Fishersgate Terrace branch and was welcomed by Judy. She couldn't of been more welcoming and showed us around the types of mattresses we were after. After deciding on which mattress we thought was best she was able to give us all the information needed and it was a very swift purchase. We couldn't of been happier with our visit and with the customer service we got from Judy. She put a smile on our face for the rest of the day :) Mattress gets delivered on Tuesday and we are very excited! I would highly recommend a friend to dreams. Thank you very much.
