very good service gave us plenty of time to browse before purchase

Very friendly sales assistant that knew his stuff and was able to give us a good deal what with free delivery, half price mattress and duvet and pillows

The person who dealt with our purchase was very knowledgable without being pushy and dealt with everything in a very friendly and efficient manner.

We had a small child with us. Assistant helped entertain him and was very quick dealing with us. Helpful and knowledgeable.

Judy was able to suggest several alternatives and knew the main differences between these products. When she realised that the 2 beds we were purchasing were difference sizes to current she reminded us of the extra products we would now need (mattress protectors and duvets)

The assistant got the balance of assisting us and leaving us to discuss things perfectly. Asked what did we want in a mattress and then pointed us in the right direction

We received highly attentive service from the sales staff when trying to decide between two different ottoman beds, but they were more than happy to give us the time we needed on our own to make the decision. We decided to go home and measure up before deciding and when we returned the following week we were welcomed and remembered by the same staff. Great service and great prices as there was a bank holiday sale on so we ended up purchasing the more expensive bed and new bedding.

We had spoken to Steve earlier in the week, and he rembered us. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was aware of our requirements and advised us accordingly

We had the best care and help ever and a lovely cup of tea.
