Ray really helpful

We were seen by a man called Steven T at the Portslade store and he was very very polite and understanding about any concerns we had. He got us served quickly and gave us so much information which was very helpful. He got us free delivery & assembly which was even better. He was a excellent member of staff.

I was greeted shortly after entering the Portslade store by one of the assistants - Martin. He was very friendly and made an effort to speak to the kids too which they liked. He guided me around some options giving clear info about each mattress and how they compared to each other, then left us to have a browse and take our time to come to a decision. He was never pushy and the process was very easy. The whole experience exceeded my expectation and that is mostly down to the customer service I received. I absolutely felt like a valued customer, which was really nice!

Came in, not having a clue on what mattress to go for, nor what difference they each had. Got told we could leave all our biker gear behind their desk safely and got a full tour around matching our budget perfectly. We then decided to look for a bed also and both instances the staff were perfect and extremely thorough. overall, very happy customer.

As a Director or Retail i have high expectations with customer service, but today they were met and then surpassed. Judy was enthusiastic, friendly and very knowlegable of your product, a true treasure ! and im sure a valued member of the team - Be careful, i might nab her for my own business.

This is my second order of a bed and other items over the phone and both times I was served by Ray who is not only extremely friendly but highly knowledgeable and helpful

We were given time to browse,but was on hand the minute we needed assistant

Judy, was very helpful, friendly & very professional. She was very attentive, towards our needs, & had a fantastic range of knowledge. She was absolutely brilliant.

JUDY was very knowledgable about the product we purchased and very helpful about the comfort of the pillows we also purchased, she is very good at her job explaining anything we wanted to know.

We were very satisfied with Steve very friendly and knowledgeable.
