Dreams - Brighton

We were greeted with a smile as we entered the store. Judy listened to our needs and was most helpful in her advice. We felt the first mattress may have not been suitable so she showed us to another mattress, which was perfect for our needs. When we came to do the paperwork, she offered us a water and clearly explained about the further insurance, and when it came to getting a delivery date, we were absolutely thrilled to only have to wait three days for delivery. She explained about putting our mattress for recycling in the green bag and gave us our mattress protector for taking out the extended warranty. She clearly advised us that we would be kept informed about delivery times, and this has been true as at now. Excellent and friendly service all round.

The gentleman that spoke to. Me was extremely helpful as well as giving me time to wander at leisure this is extremely important when buying anything to have items explained and then given time to think .I would give him 10 out of 10 I can't stand people that push me into buying I avoid these type of stores I would definitely recommend you

The staff were quick to understand our needs without being pushy. They then gave us the time and space to browse and come to a decision before efficiently completing the order.

I went to the Brighton store and was helped by Steve. He was friendly and approachable without being ‘pushy’ like we had just experienced next door in Sussex beds. We tried the sleep match machine and he was happy to have a joke and a laugh with us which make our visit much more enjoyable. He had fantastic product knowledge and left us to decide without pushing. He ordered our mattress quickly and hassle free, answered all our questions and walked us through the process. I have already told friends about the great experience we had and recommended dreams

Chaz is a credit to Dreams. She is patient, understanding and very knowledgeable. Hence why we have been back and bought three beds in the space of a couple of months!!
