We went to try the Tempur bed because your price was very competitive. The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgable and assisted us with our purchase very well.

After my first step into the store Judy helped me find out what I looked for straight away! :) She is a very helpful and kind lady with an excellent customer service skill! Highly recommend the Portslade store for everyone!

We visited the store to purchase a new mattress to replace one previously bought at Dreams. My wife was anxious to find one that was softer than the one we were replacing and the wide range of mattresses in the store, assisted with great patience by Martin, enabled us to select one that we feel will meet our needs admirably. To cap it all when we placed the order we learned that delivery would be within the same week, three days later!

Kevin who served us was polite and efficient took in to account that I was disabled and helped us a lot.

I found the customer service to be of high standard and that the assistant knew what he was talking about. The quality of the bed we were looking at also seemed high.

Staff were attentive and knowledgeable and was enjoyable. Took a lot less time than I imagined.

Got what we came for, the help we needed to choose the product and were well looked after by friendly (not pushy) staff.

We looked around at other stores as well as Dreams but returned to Dreams as the Dream Colleague - Kevin was helpful and not pushy and was the most knowledgeable about the products and this gave us what we were looking for.

Because they offered me a discount that wasn't advertised. I came in the shop knowing I was going to buy a bed and I asked for a discount and they gave me one.
