It was all made extremely easy by the sales staff, who was very efficient and helpful. He was able to help me find exactly what I wanted, by checking a previous order I made on the computer in the store. He also explained the beds which were available in the same range. One of my concerns was to have the bed delivered fairly quickly, and this was arranged for me very easily.

This is a well prsented shop clean airy and the person that server us was a nice friendly guy he took time to serve us but not wasting ours or his time offered us coffee how nice was that. We new what we came for and had it printed out Kevin was on the ball finding the bed we chose and setting up the order without any problems. You should be very proud of this employie knows his job and does it well.

As well as quality goods, one of my top priorities when shopping is good customer service. I will travel a long distance for the same product i could buy local if i am going to recieve better customer service. The level of customer service given by Martin at your Portslade store was superb! He was very knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. Your products are excellent, but to be honest I could have found them in any other bed store. It was Martins welcoming manner that won dreams my business!
